CES: centre for employability skills

i went there today to receive mui training as subsided heavily by the goverment, with the rest covered by Shin Kushiya... learned alot alot more about the restaurant today and i really mean alot... hahas... it was super early cos i hafta reach at 8.30pm which i didnt cos i missed mui stop while reading story book...

so i got off at queenstown and went back redhill again... zzz... the course was not bad, kinda similar to CRM (customer relationship management) except that it covers several different sectors bcos it is GEMS-based. (Go the Extra Mile for Service) this is the course i wanna go to but v8 was too stingy to send us to... >_<

course was alright, interacted with Shermaine (full timer), Melissa and Li Fang (part timers cum cousins O_o),
Edwin and Reuben (people in charge) and this irritating and pervertic fellow named Victor (asst head chef Z_z)... Shermaine was sitting alone when i went in, so i chose to sit with her... i went in with edwin and reuben...

and i realised all servers were wearing contacts except Li Fang... lols... and if im nt wrong, all were grey! mui too... zzz... hahas... everyone wore jeans... hahas... and the rest that came were the chefs... hahas... and some enthu aunties from carton bell, here for training just like us... Vivo City, here i come! lols...

Definition of Shin (in jap)

Definition of Kushiya
nothing much, kushiya simply means the grilling of food on charcoal... =)

after the course and managing to almost not fall asleep at all, (i fell asleep for few second s and was offered sweets by reuben, lols) i managed to finish the thingy and went to meet cher for dinner... hahas... at uma uma don, now im really broke... great! ZZZ...

lift the cup in mid air, draw the shape of a semi circle, shout cheers loudly and drink... lame lah her!!

how she loves her salmon sashimi:
dropped on the table top, throw it into ice water to submerge... dig it out and wave the salmon inside the water surface and dish it out again... (damn disgusting can? she changes ice water into "fish tank water" in split digusting seconds *turns away from the mad woman*)

after that we went window shopping abit, i went crazee and tried on a prom dress in metro... hahas... for fun ma... nan de got the mood! then after that sat outside the nail palor, near small kfc in tamp and chatted with cher till it was time to go... and we still have had so much more to say... >_< chit chat chit chat~

bonding with Shermaine
while waiting for cher to come, i pei shermaine go buy food eat and she treated me some tim sum cos i offered to lend her money this afternoon when she has yet to withdraw money... so nice of her... i didnt want but it was impolite to keep refusing first day friend's offer right? lols... btw, she's 21... hahas... but shorter then me... >_<

then after that, pei her go buy comics... we talk and talk and talk... like got endless stuffs to talk about... hahas... she and her bf 8mths already and she has 2 homes, one in tamp and one in yishun... hahas... i guess can say we are developing well for friends right? and we exchanged numbers... =) glad to have made a friend!
